Instructions
Ingredients:
6 -8 cups Romaine lettuce, cut into small pieces
2 Roma tomatoes, diced small
1/3 of an English cucumber, sliced and quartered
¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup crumbled goat cheese
½ lb. cooked bacon, chopped
4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
Ranch Dressing (or your favorite)
Procedure:
Combine all ingredients in a large Emile Henry Salad Bowl. Finish with Ranch dressing or your dressing of choice. Toss together and enjoy.
