Mary B white chocolate pie
Ingredients

- 1 12oz pkg toll house premier white chocolate morsels
- 3 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 12oz can evaperated milk
- 1 8oz pack cream cheese
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips garnish
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips garnish
- 2 table spoons carmel sauce
- 1 square bitter sweet chocolate
crust
- 1 stick butter
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

Instructions
Put graham cracker crumbs into 9 inch Emile Henrey pie dish add melted butter mix and press to make crust. Chill crust. Put white chocolate morsels, milk, cream cheese, and sugar in medium pan mix well. Disolve cornstarch in 1/2 cup water and mix into pan as well. Stir constantly on medium heat, bring to a boil until thickens. Pour mixture into pie shell. Let cool. Shred 1 tablespoon bitter chocolate sprinkle on top for garnish pour on carmel sauce and rotate 1/2 cup white chocolate chips with 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips around the edge of the pie for the remaining garnish.
