Ingredients
Crust
- 1 cup Chocolate Wafer Crumbs
- 3 tablespoons Butter
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
Filling
- 2 1/4 cup Cold Cream
- 1/3 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla
- 2 oz Bittersweet Chocolate
- 2 oz Unsweetened Chocolate
- 2 oz Semi-Sweet Chocolate
- 1 cup Mashed Frozen Strawberries
Instructions
Crust: Combine all ingredients. Gently press into 9" pie plate. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Let cool on wire rack. Filling: Melt all 3 chocolates over medium low heat. Let cool slightly. Add mashed strawberries. Set aside. Combine together, in a mixing bowl, cream, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon. Beat on medium high for 2 minutes or until stiff peaks form. Gently fold strawberry/chocolate mixture into the cream. Pour into pie crust and refrigerate for 1 hour. Finish with whipped topping and grated chocolate if desired.
