Prune Clafoutis  recipe

Temperature: 360° F

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz flour
  • 2 tablespoons caster sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 medium sized egg
  • 100 ml milk
  •  Prunes
  •  Grand Marnier

Instructions

Mix together 40g (1 1/2 oz) of plain flour, 2 tablespoons of caster sugar, 1 pinch of salt, 1 medium sized egg and 100ml of milk.
Place half a prune in each appetizer dish (having marinated them overnight in Grand Marnier) then pour the mixture over the top. Cook for 10 mins at 180°C / 360°F (gas mark 6).
