Pumpkin Bread
Ingredients
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 cup veg. oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 lb. can of mashed pumpkin
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
- 2 tsp. Baking Soda
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/4 tsp. cloves
- 1 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 1/4 tsp. allspice
- 1 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup water
Temperature: 350 ° F
Instructions
Combine sugar, oil, and eggs. Mix well, add pumpkin and blend well. Add all dry ingredients and mix well. Add vanilla and water and mix well. Grease and flour loaf pans. Bake 40-50 min. at 350 F or large pans at 1 hr. (2) Emile Henry LOAF pans 8.75" x 4.75"
I like it best placed in refrigerator after cooling and serve cool.
