Recipe information must be legibly printed, typed, or submitted online and include the following:
- Name, address, phone number, and e-mail address (if available). Address and phone number will only be used to contact you concerning your entry.
- Recipe name
- List of ingredients with exact quantities
- Emile Henry product that can be used for the recipe
- Recipe directions as a list of steps or in paragraph form including specifics on what ingredients are used and in what order, specific instructions on preparing and/or using the pan or pans, and cooking time and temperature.
Incomplete and illegible recipes will be disqualified. All recipes become the property of Emile Henry USA and will not be returned. Emile Henry USA may publish your receipe, with credit, on our website or in future cookbooks.
