Excellent crown baker
I started with the chocolate chips brioche following the recipe provided in the booklet. It worked very nicely. I used melted butter to grease the mold and semolina flour. The crown brioche did not stick to the mold. Proofing times and baking time were correct. I will try the other recipe and I wish you would publish more breads and sweet breads for the crown bread baker. A very pleasant experience.

Love My Bun Maker
I used this to make rolls for Christmas and it was amazing! I used the recipe from the booklet that came with it. The recipe was easy and delicious tasting too. It was so festive so see my rolls come out like a wreath too. It was so easy to use, easy to clean, and the rolls turned out perfect. I am so happy I purchased this. I would highly recommend it.

Love my Italian long loaf pan
I’ve use my Emile Henry pan many times baking an extremely yummy 100% whole wheat cinnamon pecan & raisin loaf. I’ve also bake an Italian loaf and a French loaf. I bake my bread in parchment this helps make clean up a breeze.
