The oval grill pan allows you to cook your fish or seafood easily on the barbeque, ensuring that it remains tender but keeping that delicate smoked flavour. Its high sides allow you to cook fish in a marinade. The ribbed surface will leave grill marks, and its 50cm/20" surface means it is very versatile. The BBQ ceramic will take care of any delicate ingredients and will ensure healthy cooking on the barbeque.

Any variation in the finish of the item is due to the handiwork carried out in our workshops and does not alter in any way the culinary qualities of our dishes. United StatesDisappointed with packaging for gift. Love the grill pan
I already have one and love it. I bought 3 more to give as gifts. However, although packed well, they arrived in plain brown boxes with no insert as to care and directions for use, also no information with regard to the 10 year guarantee. It has been uncomfortable gifting these under these circumstances. It’s almost as is I had bought them on the cheap from a secondary seller and would make my gift recipients question their authenticity. I called customer service at Emile Henry and Karen said she would send out some info…..still waiting. I am disappointed.

This is the second Oval Grill Pan I have purchased, one for MI and one for FL. We love it. Mostly use it for veggies and chicken stir fries. It's easy to move from the grill to the table, and cleanup is a breeze.

Flame® Barbeque Cookware by Emile Henry
Extremely resistant to heat, our BBQ ceramic can reach 500°C/930°F. It heats as much as cast iron, but diffuses the heat more gently so the ingredients do not burn as quickly. Thanks to its solid surface, our BBQ products do not let the fat drip onto the hot embers, creating toxic fumes.
