Breakfast Pizza 


  • 1 can refrigerated croissant dough
  • 1/2 pound breakfast meat - cooked
  • 1 to 1 1/2 cups thawed loose hash browns
  • 1 cup sauteed veggies (optional)
  • 8 ounces shredded cheese
  • eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • salt & pepper

Temperature: 375 ° F


Heat oven to 375 degrees. Layer the unbaked croissant dough in the quiche pan, pressing the edges of each piece together to form the pizza crust. Prick with a fork in several places, and bake for 7 minutes. On top of partially baked crust, layer your breakfast meat, hash browns and veggies. Scramble the eggs and milk, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour egg on top of the other ingredients, moving things around a bit so that it soaks through the layers. Top with shredded cheese. Bake for approximately 30 minutes. Allow to sit for 3-5 minutes, slice and enjoy!
