Emile Henry Flame Peach Cobbler 


  • 12 fresh sliced peaches or (2) 16 oz cans
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 pkgs white cake mix
  • 16 oz lemon lime soda

Temperature: 350 ° F


Place peaches in Emile Henry Flame Stewpot (4.2 qt. recommended), sprinkle with cinnamon. Cover with cake mix (dry, directly from box). Then gently pour over with Lemon Lime Soda. Place on your charcoal or gas grill. Cook for 50 minutes to 1 hour, or to a golden brown. Oven- Cover and cook for 60 mins at 350 degrees.
