French Cherry Pie


  • 1 regular size Frozen Pie Crust
  • 1 16 oz can  Pie filling cherries
  • 1 large Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1/8 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp  Vanilla flavoring
  • 1 cup Whipping Cream

Temperature: 350 ° F


Bake Pie crust according to directions approx 350 for 10 minutes. Let cool. Cream about a cup of the whipping cream and cream cheese together till well mixed. Add the lemon juice to the cherries and mix well. Spread over the bottom of the cooled pie crust. Cool for about a hour in the refrigerator. Garnish with more whipped cream when serving. It would make a great valentine's treat and oh so pretty with the red cherries!
