Ham & Cheese Quiche 


  • pre-made pie crust
  • 4 ounces chopped ham
  • 4 ounces swiss cheese (cubed or shredded)
  • 3/4 cup sauteed green or red pepper
  • 3/4 cup sauteed onion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3  eggs
  • salt & pepper
  • extra green or red pepper slices for garnish

Temperature: 350 ° F


Roll out the pie so that it fits the quiche dish. Pre-bake the crust for 5-7 minutes. Arrange cheese on the crust evenly. Then layer on the ham. Drain the peppers and onions well, and spoon the mixture on top of the ham & cheese. Mix the soup and eggs together, season with salt & pepper. Pour on top of the veggies, making sure that some of the mixture soaks to the bottom of the other layers. Arrange additional pepper slices on top of the quiche to make a pretty presentation. Bake at 350 for approximately 45 minutes to one hour, until filling is set. Allow quiche to sit for five minutes, then slice and enjoy! Variation: Try cream of potato soup, broccoli, cheddar cheese, hash browns and bacon. There are really endless variations of meats, cheese and veggies.
