Hot and Cheesy California Olive Dip 


  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped California Ripe Olives
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped roasted red peppers
  • cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup medium green salsa

Temperature: 350 ° F


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine all ingredients into a large bowl and stir well. Pour into a 2-quart casserole dish or 8x8 glass cake pan and bake, uncovered, for 30-40 minutes until bubbly. Serve hot with tortilla chips or crackers. Serves 10.
