Oven Fried Chicken Tenders


  • 1 lb. chicken breast tenderloins
  • All-purpose flour
  • Plain bread crumbs or panko bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • Your favorite poultry spices or seasoning

Temperature: 425 ° F


Preheat the oven to 425F. Put the bread crumbs and flour into two separate shallow dishes. Season the flour with salt and pepper. In a bowl, whisk the eggs together. If you want to add poultry spices or seasoning, add them to the flour, and mix together. Start by dredging the chicken pieces in the flour, shake off any excess. Next coat them in the egg, and then roll them in the bread crumbs. Place coated chicken pieces into the lasagna dish side by side. When all of the chicken is done, put into the oven and bake for 15 minutes turn them over and bake for another 12-15 minutes. Serve with ketchup, barbeque sauce, honey mustard, or your favorite dipping sauce.
