- 4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ envelopes Red Star Instant Yeast
- 3 teaspoons sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/2 cups very warm water (105-110 degrees F)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
Temperature: 450 ° F
Combine flour, yeast, sugar and salt in mixing bowl. Whisk until ingredients are blended.
Add water and olive oil until well blended.
Place dough on a lightly floured counter, baking mat or cutting board and knead 10 minutes. Cover with towel and let rest for 20 minutes.
