📦 Shipping Policy

At Emile Henry USA, we take great care in preparing and shipping your order so it arrives safely and on time.

We currently ship only within the continental United States. Orders are sent via UPS Ground. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

🚚 Processing & Delivery

Orders in stock are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing before shipment, including expedited orders.

Expedited delivery options (such as 2-Day or Next Day Air) begin once your order has shipped. Once a package is with the carrier (UPS), any delays or disruptions fall under the carrier’s responsibility.

During the busy holiday season, please allow extra processing time between Black Friday and Christmas.

Holiday Closures - 2026

Our corporate office and fulfillment center will be closed in observance of the following holidays:

• January 1 & 2 - New Year’s Day 
• February 16 - President's Day
• April 3 - Good Friday
• May 25 - Memorial Day
• September 7 - Labor Day
• November 26 & 27 - Thanksgiving
• December 24 & 25 - Christmas

Return Policy

Please note:

Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt of goods

• Returned items must be unused, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Items from our Seconds or Factory Outlet collection are Final Sale. 
• Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the item is received and inspected.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Gift returns are welcome - our Customer Care team can assist with a store credit.

To request a return, please contact our Customer Care team with:

• Order number
• Product name(s) and product number(s)
• Reason for return

You’re welcome to use any private, traceable carrier for your return. For faster processing, we recommend UPS or FedEx. Refunds and credits include the value of the item and any applicable taxes; however, shipping fees are non-refundable. For your peace of mind, we recommend tracking and insuring your package until it reaches our facility (UPS and FedEx include complimentary insurance up to $100).

🧾 Sales Tax Policy

Shipments to residents are subject to applicable state and local sales taxes. No sales tax is currently applied to shipments elsewhere.
