The quality
I love it . What can I say ! All the kitchen tools from Emile Henry are chic , beautiful and good quality, I have the tajine, gratin pan . The pizza stone… plus the bottles for vinegar and oil and I love them and happy

Great product, your pizza stones
This purchase was for my kids. I already owned one of your pizza stones and have been thrilled with it. Thought they would appreciate all of its benefits too. Great product!

Looks good vut
The pizza stone looks great, appears to be good quality, love the colour and glad it is dishwasher safe. However, PLEASE for the love of god stop putting giant stickers with super sticky adhesive on products. It already comes in a box with Emile Henry all over it. Unnecessary and very annoying to have to scrub it with olive oil six times to get the adhesive off.
Almost Perfect
Firstly, this is a VAST improvement over unglazed pizza stones. It actually is slippery to the point I nearly had the pizza float off and onto the floor. Handles are awesome too, makes taking it out of the oven a breeze and no messy oven mitts. Pizzas come out evenly cooked on the bottom and generally top and bottoms are done at the same time so little danger one side will need more time at the detriment to the other side. I agree with the other reviewer that blackened bits do not come off despite various efforts (baking soda, vim, trying to burn it off at high temps) and do become one with the glaze. I have not tried to cut on it and would never try precisely because I believe it would damage the surface, seems my caution was justified.
Flame® Barbeque Cookware by Emile Henry

Extremely resistant to heat, our BBQ ceramic can reach 500°C/930°F. It heats as much as cast iron, but diffuses the heat more gently so the ingredients do not burn as quickly. Thanks to its solid surface, our BBQ products do not let the fat drip onto the hot embers, creating toxic fumes.
The result is slow, healthy cooking without any additional fat, which preserves the nutritional qualities and vitamins in the food.
