Standard Replacement Policy:
At Emile Henry, we take great pride in the craftsmanship of our ceramic cookware. Each piece is designed to bring years of enjoyment to your kitchen. Our 10-year warranty covers manufacturing defects for products purchased in 2011 or later (items purchased prior to 2011 were covered under a 3-year warranty and are no longer eligible).
This warranty is intended for home use and does not extend to commercial environments. It does not apply to damage resulting from normal wear, accidental impact, or use outside of the product’s intended purpose. Please note that subtle variations in color and finish are a natural result of our artisanal glazing process and add to the uniqueness of each piece.
For online purchases, products must be purchased through one of our authorized dealers to qualify for warranty coverage. Purchases made through Amazon must specifically be “Sold by and Shipped from Amazon.com” or from an authorized dealer listed on our store locator (such as eKitchenWorld). Warranty coverage applies only to items purchased within the United States.
How to Process a Warranty Issue
If you have a receipt, please contact the original place of purchase first to inquire about a replacement.
If you feel your item may be defective and live within the United States, please email info@eh-usa.com a digital picture of the item, how it cracked, and a copy of your proof of purchase receipt, which includes information on whether the dealer is authorized or unauthorized.
If you do not have a proof of purchase receipt, please send us your Product Registration confirmation form instead. Please keep in mind that proof of purchase receipt is required on the Product Registration form, available at the time of purchase, for consumers who do not retain their receipts.
