Discover the pleasure of baking your own baguettes, crusty and full of flavour ! Easy to use, you just place the dough in the holes, cover with the lid and put the mold in the oven. Thanks to the ribs, the dough will not stick, and the lid creates the right level of humidity for baking delicious baguettes. The holes in the lid allow the carbon dioxide to escape during cooking, creating a thin, crispy crust so special to French baguettes. The mold can be cleaned in the dishwasher. Recipe book included. All Emile Henry products are made in France and offer a ten years guarantee.

Beautiful Baguettes
This baker is larger than I had expected, so it is a bit bulky. I found that keeping it in the original box helps to keep it safe. As for the results, the baguettes are lovely, with a think crispy crust and perfect chew inside. I recommend that you grease and dust with semolina to prevent the loaves from sticking.

Delicious Baguettes!
I love my new baguette baker and used the recipe that came with it. Everyone loved them! Thanks for another great piece of bakeware in an elegant figue color.

Baguette Baker
I made 3 baguettes using the recipe in the booklet that came with the baker. I do think that it is a great baker that I will use many time over. Many thanks!

Good baguette baker
If you ever tried making artisan bread on a stone or steel, you know the annoyance of trying to create a bunch of steam to help your bread get a nice spring and a shiny exterior with that nice crust. A baker does all of that for you because it keeps the steam from the moisture of the dough inside the baker. The one is pretty good but there is one definite flaw: the rows are too close to each other. This causes a line of soft crust to form because it can’t get hot enough. The fix is to not use the middle row. If you don’t mind a bit of soft crust, then this is perfect. If you do, just don’t use the middle row and it’s still pretty good. Also, if you want to do more than one batch, just carefully drop the next dough into the hot baker and put it back in the oven. It worked great for me.

Poor quality control
The item has rough parts, unpleasant to the touch. Holes were sloppy and uneven. Still waiting to hear back from customer service after emailing them days ago.
