Bread Loaf Baker , Burgundy
Regular price
$130.00
Our Bread loaf baker allows you to bake all kinds of home-made bread (for sandwiches, gluten-free, rye bread…), with a crispy crust and soft inside. The refractory ceramic and domed lid create the right level of humidity during cooking to get a perfect loaf. The holes in the lid help the dough to rise and create a dry, crispy crust. The ridges on the bottom prevent the dough from sticking. The handles on the lid make it easy to manipulate. All Emile Henry products are made in France and offer a ten years guarantee.
For Cleaning & Care of the product with unglazed area, simply use dishwashing liquid, water, and a sponge – rinse well and air dry.
Oven - can be preheated empty, Microwave, and Dishwasher
From freezer...
to microwave or oven.
Slow cooking, keeps hot.
Easy to clean, dishwasher safe.
Resistance Against Mechanical Shocks: During everyday use, there are many opportunities to bang a dish or a set of plates. Particularly resistant to shocks, our ceramic is even used in restaurants!
Resistance Against Temperature Changes: A dish or stewpot should be able to withstand wide variations in temperature. Our ceramics allow our products to be taken directly from the freezer to the hot oven (+250°C/500°F).
Resistance Against Fading Colors: Heat, the dishwasher or sharp instruments will all have an aging effect on a product. Our glazes are particularly resistant to the dishwasher and the most aggressive of detergents.
10-Year Guarantee
We are proud to offer products made from very high quality ceramic, which pass very rigorous quality control by our team. We are therefore pleased to offer a 10 year guarantee on all Emile Henry products. Our warranty covers any production fault or quality problem with the product when used in a normal domestic environment, and respecting the care and use instructions. Any variation in the finish of the item is due to the handiwork carried out in our workshops and does not alter in any way the culinary qualities of our dishes. Warranty not valid for commercial and foodservice use.

Just like from a Bakery
This is my second Emil Henry product and it turns out a perfect loaf of sourdough bread
Want to return it
I want to return it but don't know how because there is no return info.
Not the old model and poor customer service
I purchased this bread loaf baker in the past directly from Emile Henry and it had holes in bottom as well as the cover, which I love. I purchased what I thought was the same baker however it just arrived without the holes in the bottom. The baker in the above video is the old model because it does not have the handles on the bottom piece, only the top. Even the model #s are the same. The new model has handles on both pieces which is the only plus. This led me to the reasonable conclusion that it was the same as what I currently own. I called customer service in hopes of returning it and, while they confirmed the design had in fact changed and the video is of the older one, they would not provide a return shipping label. Customer Service suggested 1. I try to find local retailers that carry the item to see if they had the old model, and if so ask if they would swap with me (give them credit for creativity) or 2. give it as a holiday gift. I'm loyal to companies that value their customers and prioritize customer service. Emile Henry USA has come up short on both fronts.

The kicker to all this is I purchased it from Amazon for $30+ less only to return it thinking it was a knock-off due to the lack of bottom holes and ordered directly from this site. I'm loyal to companies that value their customers and prioritize customer service. Emile Henry USA has come up short on both fronts.
