Our delight dutch oven allows you to make delicious traditional and other simmering dishes on all hobs (including induction). It is made from state-of-the-art ceramic and is lightweight and highly responsive. In addition, it spreads heat evenly to gently simmer and reveal the most delicate flavors. The result is soft, fluffy and concentrated in aromas thanks to the unique shape of the lid which allows the evaporated cooking juices to circulate. The clean lines and its generous matte black base ensure an elegant table service. With its natural non-stick, it is easy to maintain and is dishwasher safe. Handcrafted and controlled in our workshops in Burgundy.

Our warranty covers any production fault or quality problem with the product when used in a normal domestic environment, and respecting the care and use instructions. Any variation in the finish of the item is due to the handiwork carried out in our workshops and does not alter in any way the culinary qualities of our dishes. Warranty not valid for commercial and foodservice use.

Wow, this pot heats up very quickly and once it gets hot, works great for searing meats quickly and evenly. I was amazed that ceramic could work as well if not better than a really good high end fry pan. And slow cooks nicely - even heating and simmers beautifully
4.2 qt breakable lid
I finally can say I broke a piece of Henry cookware. I set the lid to my 4.5 dutch oven on the counter on its edge. Away it rolled. It survived its first bounce on the hard wood floor from 3 feet but not the second It shattered but very easy to pick up. Thank goodness for being able to order replacement pieces
