The design is excellent and the chicken cooks evenly. Chicken was tender and crisp. Love the pour spout and the easy cleanup! The base of the roaster holds a moderate amount of potatoes and veggies, but if serving more than 4 you will need a second pan to roast more vegetables.

I love roasted oven chicken & this chicken holder made great gravy drippings but the chicken was unevenly cooked & uneven skin color. I was disappointed! I’ll try it again one more time, before I donate, on the bbq grill.

Love this chicken roaster. It allows the grease to drip, down in the base and the spout allowed me to pour some of the grease off before I added the vegetables. The chicken and vegetables cooked to perfection. My guests loved the meal. I highly recommend this roaster.
