The oval grill pan allows you to cook your fish or seafood easily on the barbeque, ensuring that it remains tender but keeping that delicate smoked flavour. Its high sides allow you to cook fish in a marinade. The ribbed surface will leave grill marks, and its 50cm/20" surface means it is very versatile. Great grill pan
This is the second Oval Grill Pan I have purchased, one for MI and one for FL. We love it. Mostly use it for veggies and chicken stir fries. It's easy to move from the grill to the table, and cleanup is a breeze.

Great, versatile pan
While I haven't used it on a grill yet, I look forward to trying it out. I've done oven-roasted veggies on this dish a couple times now and cleanup was a breeze. It cooked well!
