A replacement lid for my original long covered baker (oops, they don't bounce well) arrived today! Now, I am back to two long covered bakers. I am soooo glad, as the long covered baker is my favorite of all of my Emile Henry clay bakers. I frequently bake two artisan sourdough loaves at the same time.
