Perfect!!!! I love this roaster. I also purchased one for my daughter and she loves hers. She roasted a whole pineapple on hers. Came out wonderful. I love this brand of cookware. Have several pieces. Will be purchasing more.

I bought the chicken roaster for my son-in-law for Christmas. They used it on the BBQ and reported back - awsesome, perfectly cooked chicken and potatoes!
