Le Grande Pie Dish is the ultra-large take on the popular classic pie dish. Le Grande is 11.6 inches across and holds more than 2-quarts of all the good stuff that makes everyone love pie. Made in France from local Burgundy clay, the dish bakes up a tender, extra-flaky crust. Perfect for chicken or turkey pot pie. This impressive ceramic dish is scratch resistant so it can stand up to any kind of knife, pie server or scoop possible. Its ample size makes it a great for freezing casseroles or pot pies. It can go directly from the freezer-to-the-hot-oven. It’s oven safe up to 520°F and can be placed under the broiler to caramelize pie toppings. The scalloped edges make even the simplest pie worthy of a party. The dish is signed on the bottom by the potter who made it.

9" pie dish - 5 cups
12" pie dish - 7 cups
*A 12" pie filling would translate to approximately 6 mini pie dishes.

I actually bought two of them and one of them has slight defects in the ceramic coating where, either something prevented the ceramic from adhering in the process of making it, or something was placed inside of the pie dish and some came off. I tried twice to get a hold of customer service and after the second time I was asked to send in pictures which I did but I never heard back from the, The other one is fine and I have been using Emile Henry products for years now so I would still recommend it. Maybe it's best buying these products from Amazon where the consumer is treated with more respect when it comes to returns.
