The 9-Inch Ceramic Pie Dish for a Better Crust

The Emile Henry Ribbed Pie Dish is our latest baking innovation, made for anyone who’s tired of a soggy bottom crust. Raised ribs on the inside of this 9-inch pie dish let air circulate under the dough and spread heat evenly across the base. The result is a crisp, golden, evenly baked crust from edge to center.

Perfect for Fruit Pies, Quiche and Custard Pies

This ceramic pie plate works for every kind of pie. Use it for flaky apple, cherry or berry pies, pumpkin and pecan pies for the holidays, silky custard and cream pies, and savory quiche or pot pie. The fluted rim gives you a clean edge to crimp a beautiful crust.

Made in France from All-Natural Clay

Every Emile Henry pie dish is made in Burgundy, France from natural clay. Our ceramic bakeware takes in heat and releases it slowly and gently, so your pie bakes evenly and stays warm on the table. The scratch-resistant glaze means you can slice and serve right in the dish, and it cleans up easily.
