6 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped into small pieces
4 ounces milk chocolate, chopped into small pieces
1/2- 3/4 cup whole milk (depending on thickness preference)
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt
Fruit/treats for dipping
Prepare all of the ingredients/treats you will be dipping in the fondue, set aside.
Combine the chocolate and 1/2 cup milk in the Emile Henry Fondue Pot. Melt gently on the stove over low heat and stir until completely smooth. If you want the fondue thinner, add more milk one tablespoon at a time, stirring after each additional tablespoon.
Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla and salt.
Place on the provided burner to keep fluid and warm.
