Excellent. Browning of the bottom of the crust was perfect. Only. And I mean only comment I have is I wish you had a smaller size with same design. One person in my family.
Love the way the refractory ceramic holds and evenly distributes heat when making deep dish. The ceramic comes up to temperature way faster than cast iron and holds the heat just as well, and the handles on each side make this way easier to move around than a pan - something I appreciate when navigating several pounds of molten cheese. End result is a perfectly cooked pie, in a handsome dish that looks great to serve in. 10/10 recommend.
I had a little trouble with the dough sticking to the bottom of the pam. I probably didn't use enough "Pam".

This pan works for almost everything. I appreciate the depth... not too high nor too low. Tomorrow it will be used for a spatchcocked chicken started in the oven and finished in a smoker grill!
