Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad

  • 5 ½ cups farfalle pasta
  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked
  • 2 dozen cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 heads romaine, chopped
  • 1 cup croutons
  • Caesar dressing
  • Shaved parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper


Cook the farfalle pasta according to package instructions. When the pasta is finished cooking, drain and place in the fridge to cool down. While the pasta is cooling, cut the cooked chicken breasts into bite sized pieces, halve the cherry tomatoes, and chop the romaine lettuce. Put everything into a large bowl. Once the pasta has chilled, add it to the bowl along with the croutons and a pinch of pepper. Top with the dressing and toss to mix all ingredients. Finish the pasta salad with ribbons of parmesan cheese.
